Funding Policies (Who We Can Help)

We provide direct funding to folks who either reside in New England or are going to a clinic located in New England (which we define as Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont). If you live in a state/region that has an abortion fund, you should reach out to them first – they will be the best equipped to help you. Some of our partners include: the Jane Fund of Central Massachusetts, the Eastern Massachusetts Abortion Fund, and the Reproductive Freedom Fund of New Hampshire.

Instructions (How to Get Help)

STEP 1

Find out if you have insurance that covers your abortion.

Call your insurance company to ask if abortion is a covered benefit, and ask for an in-network clinic. You can often find their phone number on the back of your insurance card.

If you know you have Medicaid, check this information to find out if your state covers abortion. If you are in Massachusetts and have MassHealth, check here for coverage.

Step 2

Make an appointment for your procedure.

Here is a list of area clinics which can help you. This list does not include any pro-life "crisis-pregnancy centers"; these centers are dedicated to convincing you to choose other alternatives and may not present your options accurately.

Note: Your clinic will help you find out how far along your pregnancy is. They will ask you for the date of the first day of your last menstrual period and they may ask you to come in for a pregnancy test before scheduling your procedure.

STEP 3

Call or text us at 413-582-3532

For financial support, call or text us at 413-582-3532, and share your name, phone number, the state you’re calling from, and your appointment information. Your calls and texts are confidential, and we will respond within 24 hours.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

*If you are under the age of 16 and seeking abortion care in Massachusetts, you will need parental permission or a judicial bypass (permission from a judge). Your clinic can help you decide what's best for your situation and will provide information about the judicial bypass process.

We will work with you regardless of your citizenship or immigration status.
